HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF ST. CHARLES COUNTY
Streib Education Center students took the lead providing electrical services for a Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County home. The home is being built for a family of seven. Read the story.

IDEAL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP: STRIEB JOURNEYMAN & APPRENTICE COMPETE IN 2021 SEMIS & FINALS
Nathan Agnew, journeyman, and BJ McLaughlin, apprentice, competed in the IDEAL National Championship in Nashville, TN back in December. Nathan advanced to the finals and BJ to the semifinals!
GENERATORS: PEACE OF MIND FOR YOUR HOME AND BUSINESS
Have you ever wondered if your home or business could benefit from a generator? With St. Louis weather being as predictable as the lottery, you never know when your power could go out.

"Most customers are interested in a generator mainly for the peace of mind that it provides," said Matt Martin, journeyman, and project manager at Streib Company. "Especially if they travel a lot, because their generator can be monitored from anywhere through their phone."
SEC INSIGHTS: GENERATOR TRAINING COURSE
Streib Company technicians participated in a three-day training course on Kohler generators. This course was an opportunity for Streib Company technicians to challenge themselves and continue to develop and sharpen their skills.

ALEX RIDDLE, MEDIA TECH
Alex Riddle has worked as a media tech at Streib Company for the last four years. It was Riddle’s love of media equipment and gadgets that got him interested in working in the media field.

For 10 years, Dan Vlasak has worked at Streib Company. What he enjoys most about his job as a journeyman is that every day is different.

Bill Blechle has been with Streib Company for the last seven years. He works as a journeyman for Streib Systems, a Streib company.

"I love what I do," Blechle said. "Running wire and everything. And all the guys and girls we work with. Everybody's awesome. Tom [Streib] definitely treats us all like family."

After more than a year, the AC Hotel in the Central West End is nearing completion. We wanted to shoutout and thank the Streib Company team for their dedication and hard work on this job!

SEC INSIGHTS: SKILLS LAB
Streib Education Center students were tasked with building a lab board. Tom Streib, President of Streib Company, and Kevin Bridick, former Vice President of Sales, stopped by to critique and provide advice.

Streib Company had an order to manufacture 150 generator cords. By implementing Streib Company's Core Values and being Solution Focused, the team was able to improve the cord wrapping process, saving time and manpower.

For Jacob Heinemann, journeyman at Streib Company, family is the most important thing to him.

"I'm actually the father of a four-year old daughter. Throughout my four-year apprenticeship I had some ups and downs, and no matter what Streib from the drop of hat always let me go and take care of my business."

MATT DICKINSON, PROJECT MANAGER
Before working at Streib Company, Matt Dickinson was an electrician in the Army for five years. After he transitioned out of the Army, Dickinson began working as an apprentice at Streib Company. After a few months, Dickinson decided to pursue becoming a project manager.
STREIB TRIBE HOCKEY TEAM
The Streib Tribe hockey team demonstrated Streib Company's Core Value of Teamwork as they worked together to bring home a 9-2 win!
