DAN OCHILTREE, PROJECT ENGINEER

Daniel Ochiltree has been with Streib Company for the last seven years. For Ochiltree, Being Streib means doing his part every day and taking initiative to make sure everything is done right the first time.

For David Azar, one of his favorite parts about his job as a journeyman at Streib Company is the challenge.

"Every job is absolutely different than the next," he said. "It's about overcoming the small challenges, and looking at the big picture."

As a commercial production director at Streib Company, Chris Sams oversees some of the largest and longest jobs Streib Company works on. Depending on the job, Sams could be overseeing the project for up to two years. Read the full story.

For almost three years, Clayton Krems has worked in the sales and estimating department at Streib Company. From calling clients and gathering information, to doing walk throughs and putting together a bid for a job, Krems is there every step of the way. Read the full story.

DAN VLASAK, JOURNEYMAN

For 10 years, Dan Vlasak has worked at Streib Company. What he enjoys most about his job as a journeyman is that every day is different.

JACOB HEINEMANN, JOURNEYMAN

For Jacob Heinemann, journeyman at Streib Company, family is the most important thing to him. 

"I'm actually the father of a four-year old daughter. Throughout my four-year apprenticeship I had some ups and downs, and no matter what Streib from the drop of hat always let me go and take care of my business."

MIKE CRAIG, PROJECT ENGINEER

As a project engineer for our residential department, Craig says that you have to be prepared to fix any situation that could come up on a job.

ALEX RIDDLE, MEDIA TECH

Alex Riddle has worked as a media tech at Streib Company for the last four years. It was Riddle’s love of media equipment and gadgets that got him interested in working in the media field.

SHERI TIMPER, HR DIRECTOR

HR Director, Sheri Timper

Sheri Timper has been with Streib Company for the last five years. As the Human Resources Director, there's not a Streib Company employee that she doesn't know. A natural people person, Timper says she's right where she belongs.

MATT DICKINSON, PROJECT MANAGER

Before working at Streib Company, Matt Dickinson was an electrician in the Army for five years. After he transitioned out of the Army, Dickinson began working as an apprentice at Streib Company. After a few months, Dickinson decided to pursue becoming a project manager.

CONNOR ARCHER, JOURNEYMAN

BILL BLECHLE, JOURNEYMAN

Connor Archer is a third-year apprentice at Streib Company. When he started his apprenticeship, Archer says he could barely read a tape measure. Three years later, and Archer only has one more year until he becomes a journeyman.

Bill Blechle has been with Streib Company for the last seven years. He works as a journeyman for Streib Systems, a Streib company. 

"I love what I do," Blechle said. "Running wire and everything. And all the guys and girls we work with. Everybody's awesome. Tom [Streib] definitely treats us all like family."
