What Makes
Streib Education Center Different?

Most electrical trade schools prepare students for the workforce after graduation. At Streib, you're hired first and the classroom is an extension of the job.

From your first day, you'll work alongside experienced electricians, employed by Streib, on real projects while building the classroom knowledge required to become a journeyman electrician.

Why does Department of Labor Registration Matter?

The Streib Education Center apprenticeship program is registered with the U.S. Department of Labor.

That means your classroom instruction, on-the-job training hours, wage progression, and curriculum meet nationally recognized apprenticeship standards and the credentials you graduate with are recognized beyond Streib Company.

What Happens after SEC Graduation?

We built this program to develop more than installers. Apprentices who graduate through the SEC go on to become foremen, project managers, estimators, sales professionals, and company leaders.

The apprenticeship is designed to provide both technical expertise and long-term career opportunities within Streib.
